Chertsey is an old English town, located on the River Thames in Surrey. It has easy access to the motorway network and is not to far from other cities in the area but still far enough out of the major conurbations to have a country feel.

The Chertsey Museum is popular with tourists as are the Brooklands Museum, the birthplace of British motorsport and home to Concorde!. Here you can a “virtual flight” and timed tours of this iconic plane and it’s place in history. Other more adventurous attractions include Thorpe Park, Ascot and Sandown Race Course, which is a great day out for all. There are heritage homes located around Chertsey as well including Hampton Court Palace, which has a lovely maze and ghost tours.
