Felixstowe is a seaside town on the North Sea coast of Suffolk. One of our most famous ferry ports, the town is situated across the estuary of the River Orwell and River Stour. Felixstowe is also the largest container port in the UK, the town was built as a linchpin in England’s defence.

Landguard Fort is located close by and was built to prevent Napoleon from landing on the East Coast. The Fort provides great views over container and passenger ships from the town. There is much to do in the town including visiting the local Museum, amusement arcade, Martello towers, Blue Flag quality beach, bowling green, golf course and many sporting events.
