Kendall
Kendal is located in the south of the Lake District in Cumbria. The town is full of character and is known as “auld grey town” due to the fine old houses and buildings constructed in the grey limestone.
Kendal offers fantastic walks, fishing and bird watching but also in the area is the Abbot Hall Art Gallery, Quaker Tapesty Exherbition Centre and Sizergh Castle where you can enjoy the Lakeland Maize Maze. There are lots of facilities for this very popular tourist destination and a good variety of pubs, which always aim to please.
