Once your order has been processed. You will be sent your Privilege Hotel Pass. This is personalised and printed with your Membership Number. You will require this pass in order to make reservations and you take this card with you when you stay at Hotels using your Membership.

You will also be sent your own Travel Offers directory containing all of the Hotel information and Hotel contact details.

You can stay at as many Hotels as you like throughout your Membership.
You make bookings directly with your chosen Hotel through the contact details printed in your directories. You also pay for your meals directly to the Hotel.
